I've been dating for about 15 years and I've learned some valuable lessons along the way. This blog is by no means advice for anyone rather, they are things that were important for me to know. Some of it I was told by my parents or grand parents, some of it I picked up from my sister or friends and some of it I had to learn the old fashioned way. Trial and error.

Before I go too far I must first talk about my very first lesson. Don't talk about it too much.
ReplyDeleteIf you've met a great person and things are going well and you talk about it with your friends, you will be labeled, "the bragger".
If things aren't really going well, your friends and family will remember the absolute worst and never let you live it down.
That's a hard lesson to learn and I haven't really mastered it yet. Fortunately I have one person that I can go to who doesn't judge me or hold anything against me or throw it back in my face when she wants to. Thanks KB.
